About Online Digital Field

A car parts buying desk in Lower Manhattan. We appraise what you bring in, quote a figure we can stand behind, and pay on acceptance.

Who we are

Online Digital Field LLC operates a single buying desk at 200 West St in Lower Manhattan, New York. We are not a scrapyard and not a marketplace — we buy car parts directly, for our own stock, from private owners, restorers, independent garages and workshops that are clearing space.

Because we buy rather than broker, there is no listing fee, no commission, and no waiting on a buyer to appear. The person who quotes you is the person who writes the offer.

How we value a part

Every offer comes down to the same six factors, applied honestly and explained out loud:

  • Make and model — how many vehicles the part fits, and how many of those are still on the road.
  • Age — whether the part is current stock, superseded, or old enough to be sought after again.
  • Condition — serviceable, repairable, or valuable only as a core.
  • Rarity — discontinued, limited-run and NOS items behave very differently from common wear parts.
  • Completeness — brackets, looms, sensors and hardware materially change what a part is worth.
  • Current market trends — what comparable parts have actually traded for recently, not what they are listed at.

Where two of those factors pull in opposite directions, we tell you which one won and why. An estimate you do not understand is not much use to you.

What we buy

Engines and short blocks, transmissions and differentials, alloy wheels, body panels and bumpers, lighting units, control modules and ECUs, catalytic converters and exhausts, alternators and starters, suspension and braking components, interior trim, performance parts, and classic or new-old-stock inventory. The full list lives on the home page, and it is not exhaustive — if your part is not named, ask.

How we work

Send a description and a few photographs, or call the desk. You get an indicative estimate. If it looks right to you, bring the parts in so they can be inspected in person and the estimate turned into a firm offer. Accept it and you are paid immediately.

Nothing in that sequence obliges you to sell. You can stop after the estimate, after the inspection, or after the offer, and there is no charge for any of it.

What we do not do

We do not appraise complete vehicles, we do not offer mechanical repair or fitting services, and we do not sell parts through this website. We also do not buy parts whose ownership cannot be accounted for — see our Terms and Conditions for what we ask sellers to confirm.
